Bryan’s ability to analyze deals from multiple angles ensures that every investment decision is well-informed and aligned with long-term goals.
With extensive experience in managing and repositioning multifamily and commercial properties, Bryan has seen success across every project he’s undertaken. His expertise has also helped him build a strong leadership team, enabling him to tackle larger multifamily developments and new construction projects. To further expand opportunities, Bryan co-founded Passive Investing Canada, a platform that allows everyday investors to benefit from the success of these projects without being involved in the day-to-day operations and decision-making processes. This approach opens doors for passive investors to join the team and capitalize on the value created.

Christian serves as legal counsel to Passive Investing Canada, bringing a sharp legal mind and business acumen to every transaction. As the founder of SimplyClose, a real estate law firm built for efficiency and client service, Christian has overseen hundreds of successful closings for both residential and commercial investors.
With a background in law and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Christian offers a rare combination of legal expertise and strategic insight. He is deeply focused on protecting client interests through clear, enforceable agreements and meticulous due diligence. His passion lies in building systems that reduce risk, streamline the process, and create smooth, secure experiences for every investor.
